v1.0.0 Rebirth — Implementation Plan¶

For agentic workers: REQUIRED SUB-SKILL: Use superpowers:subagent-driven-development (recommended) or superpowers:executing-plans to implement this plan task-by-task. Steps use checkbox (- [ ]) syntax for tracking.

Goal: Squash entire git history into a single v1.0.0 commit, restructure directories (src/, docs/plans/, docs/research/, scripts/), add all open source documentation, and force-push as a fresh public project.

Architecture: Move core code under src/ (lib/ → src/lib/, modes/ → src/modes/), relocate plans and research into docs/, move ai-router utilities to scripts/. Update all shell script paths. Create standard open source docs. Orphan commit + force push.

Tech Stack: Bash 4.0+, Git, GitHub CLI
